What Materials do we use?
At Little Star we use the highest quality recycled sterling silver, 9 carat gold and rose gold plating. All our of diamonds are real and our pearls are fresh water pearls.

Can Adults wear our Jewellery?
Little Star is a brand for the entire family, which is why we have created an adult range so that nobody has to miss out on quality sterling silver jewellery.
Our Adult Jewellery selection includes jewellery for her and jewellery for him, as well as matching pieces for parent and child with our Mummy & Me and Daddy & Me collections.
As some of our jewellery is adjustable it can last from childhood to adulthood, the perfect keepsake.
Do you have Jewellery for Boys?
We believe both boys and girls should be able to own beautiful jewellery.
Whilst we have created a specific Boys Collection of quality sterling silver jewellery, we believe that anyone should be able to wear whatever they want, whether it’s from the Boys Collection or our Full Range of Children’s Jewellery.
Is there an extra cost for engraving?
We offer free engraving on a wide selection of our jewellery, allowing you to personalise your choice of necklace, bracelet or bangle at no extra cost. If an item takes more than 1 engraving we can add a second engraving for you at the cost of £8.00
What can be engraved?
A wide selection of Little Star Jewellery can be engraved to include a personalised message, date or name. Each individual product will include an engraving description if possible for the chosen item, including character length and placement.
Due to the size and shape of some of our products, you may be limited to how many characters are available to use for the product.
What happens if I make a mistake on my engraving?
If you notice that you have made a mistake when choosing your engraving you should get in touch with our team as soon as possible to ensure that this can be changed for you.
If you notice a mistake in your engraving after it has been dispatched get in touch with our friendly team and we will discuss your options for rectifying this mistake.
Can I choose the font for my chosen engraving?
Due to the size and shape of our jewellery items, at Little Star we have a choice of engraving options for your personalised jewellery pieces.
Our font options include classic Times New Roman, Brush Script M7 or Bradley Hand ITC for a handwritten look. Your chosen fonts may affect your personalisation as different fonts require different sizes or character options to fit onto each individual item.
Is Delivery Free?
At Little Star we offer free UK delivery on all orders that have selected Standard Shipping at checkout.
For those looking for a fast delivery we have two options, firstly Express Delivery for £5.00 which is Royal Mails Tracked 24 service. Or for a guarantee of next day we use Royal Mail Special Delivery which costs £7.50. Please note this is shipping time only and whilst we always try to ship your order on the same day if you are engraving your time it might be longer during very periods.

How can I return my item?
As much as we try to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction on each of our sales, we understand that returns may still be necessary.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery for a refund or replacement as long as the item is returned in the same condition it arrived in.
We cannot accept earring returns if they have been tried on for hygiene reasons.

Can I return an engraved item?
Engraved items have been personalised to your specifications, as such, they can not be returned for any reason other than a manufacturing fault.
